EnviroSouth recently completed a 75-site portfolio for a major retail developer. The services were provided on properties slated for development in South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia, and Ohio. The scope of work included Phase I ESAs, Phase II soil and groundwater assessments, underground petroleum storage tank removals, soil remediation, and coordination with numerous State regulators.
