Convenience Store Site Closure, Underground Storage Tank (UST) Removal, Groundwater Assessment
The Challenge:
EnviroSouth, Inc. was contracted by a convenience store owner to provide site closure services ahead of a property transaction.
Our Solution:
Perform UST removal and site closure services per the SCDHEC regulations and complete a tank and sludged disposal form. Upon removal of the USTs, soil screening and sampling were completed.
What's Unique:
Based on the results of the soil screening and sampling, an Initial Groundwater Assessment (IGWA) is scheduled to be conducted. Additionally, outside of environmental site assessment related services, EnviroSouth, Inc. completed site demolition activities including the removal and disposal of dispensers, dispenser islands, and associated materials.
