Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Soil Assessment, UST Removal
The Challenge:
Through the completion of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for a former automotive service center, recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified. Significant staining, in-ground hydraulic car lifts, an underground storage tank (UST) for waste oil, all presented significant environmental concerns.
Our Solution:
Perform a Limited Phase II Soil Assessment in the areas of significant staining and adjacent to the in-ground hydraulic lift systems. Additionally, remove the identified waste oil UST and screen the underlying soils for the presence of volatile vapors to determine the likelihood of a past release.
What's Unique:
EnviroSouth partnered with the property developer to ensure all environmental assessments were conducted in a timely fashion and utilized onsite equipment to perform UST removal activities while performing removal oversight.
